Habits & Addictions
Success in Self-Control
To cope with life’s challenges, many people turn to alcohol, drugs, food, pornography, shopping, or other vices to find relief or just to escape. It doesn’t help. Maybe that “thing” you (or a loved one) turn to for relief has become a problem. You’re not alone. There is hope.
This video course on Habits & Addictions explains how you can find freedom with God’s help. You’ll gain understanding on why bad habits and addictions develop, how they continue, and most importantly, how you can break free from them.
