Pregnancy Resource Center Partnerships

Hope for the Heart welcomes many opportunities to broaden its scope to bring help to the hurting through ministry partnerships. Joining hands and hearts with like-minded ministries enables us to use our biblical counseling resources to reach more people, offer hope and transform lives.

Pregnancy Resource Centers: Our Biblical Counseling Keys are used in centers throughout the country to help women in crisis and to offer biblical guidance through a number of emotional and spiritual issues. We have partnered with 2000 centers to train staff, board members, and volunteers in Bible-based, peer-to-peer counseling. We welcome the opportunity to partner with you as well. Our Biblical Counseling Keys are available in binder form or as a CD library covering 100 topics.

We’re here to help you to better serve your client, the precious unborn baby, the father and the extended family by providing God’s truth for today’s problems. Also, our Abortion Recovery Ministry outreach trains staff at pregnancy resource centers to help women find forgiveness and freedom from post-abortion grief.

Christ-centered counseling is based on these seven biblical principles:

1. The solutions are not your solutions. (John 14:26)
2. The self-sufficiency you lean on should be replaced with Christ-sufficiency.
   (John 15:5)
3. The Sprit of Christ is your counselor, enabling you to counsel with truth.
   (John 16:13)
4. The sin of another should never be confronted with a condemning sprit.
   (1 Peter 3:15-16)
5. The success of your counseling is not dependent on your knowing all the answers. (Proverbs 3:5-6)
6. The Scriptures will light the way as you help others walk out of darkness.
   (Psalm 119:105)
7. The secret of victory over temptation is relying on the power of the indwelling presence of Christ. (Philippians 4:13)
