Hope For The Heart Celebrates 25 Years of Ministry

Hope is Here Tours Transforming Lives Across the US

Hope For The Heart, a world-wide biblical counseling ministry, will celebrate 25 years of providing biblical hope and practical help to those dealing with some of the hardest “real life” issues.

“Looking back on the amazing journey of the past 25 years, it’s humbling to have experienced all that God has orchestrated. Never would I have dreamed that Hope For The Heart would be ministering to people in over 60 countries, on 6 continents, in 24 languages and that we would have so many “Hope.” Centers serving people in remote, rural areas across the globe,” shares founder June Hunt. A dynamic Christian leader whose life work has yielded landmark contributions in the field of Christian counseling, June has led a lifelong commitment to provide God’s Truth for Today’s Problems.

While June’s work has earned her accolades from the Christian broadcast community for the ministry’s two popular radio programs, Hope For The Heart and Hope In The Night, she is also an accomplished musician, and author having written numerous books including the popular devotional, Seeing Yourself Through God’s Eyes, How to Forgive When You Don’t Feel Like It, Bonding with your Teen Through Boundaries, and many more.

In recognition of the ministry’s 25th Anniversary, HOPE is here, the year-long celebration campaign, kicked off on March 22 beginning in Boston, MA, hosted by WEZE 590 AM. Cities that have followed are Chicago, hosted by WYLL 1160 AM; and Buffalo, hosted by radio partner WDCX 99.5 Life FM. Created to reach those who feel hopeless, the HOPE is here tour was designed to be a source of encouragement, teaching participants that God and His Word creates a path that can restore their lives and bring hope to their hearts.

On Wednesday, August 3, June and friends will be at the Truett Chapel, First Baptist Church, Dallas, hosting the HOPE is here Conference, along with radio partner, KCBI 90.9. A guest audience will also be a part of June’s Hope In The Night live broadcast audience later that evening.

Additional events in the Dallas area include a live television interview with Dee and D’Andrea Simmons of Ultimate Living, a local cable network program, and visits to several Pregnancy Resource Centers in Richardson and Frisco, Texas. While the year-long tour will end in Philadelphia in October, hosted by radio partner, WFIL, a 25th Anniversary Celebration Weekend is planned for November 4 and 5 at the HOPE Center in Plano, Texas.

June is also celebrating the release of her new book, Hope for Your Heart: Finding Strength in Life’s Storms (Crossway Publishers). This book, as well as other resources offered by Hope For The Heart will be available at the HOPE is here Conference.
